Terms of Service

1. What Allied Rooms is

Allied Rooms is a marketplace that connects Hosts (practices with spare clinical rooms) with Renters (clinicians who need space) for hourly or daily bookings. Allied Rooms facilitates the connection and payment — it is not a party to the space-sharing arrangement itself and does not provide medical services.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use Allied Rooms.
• Hosts and Renters offering or booking clinical space represent that they hold any required professional license, certification, and liability insurance for their practice, and that listed/booked use complies with applicable healthcare regulations.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Listings and verification

New listings are reviewed before going live, and Hosts may be asked to provide license or insurance documentation. Verification reduces risk but is not a guarantee — Renters are responsible for confirming a space meets their own regulatory and clinical needs before booking.

4. Fees

Hosts pay a monthly fee per published room, and Allied Rooms may charge a booking fee once that feature launches. Fees are disclosed before you're charged and billed via Stripe.

5. Cancellations

6. Liability

Allied Rooms is not responsible for the condition of listed spaces, the conduct of Hosts or Renters, or clinical outcomes arising from use of a booked space. Hosts and Renters each carry their own professional and premises liability insurance.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
